The value for money at this hotel was excellent - spacious and clean rooms with amazing mountain views. The location was ideal, with easy walking distance to all the attractions in Sapa. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, accommodating our early check-in and providing us with great tips for exploring the area.
The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast choices. While the breakfast was good, the food tended to get cold quickly in the chilly dining room.

Great wifi for video calling. Early check-in allowed after overnight train. Spacious room with 3 double beds. Convenient location for visiting Cat Cat Village.
Excessive noise late at night from other guests, could have been better controlled by staff. Disappointing breakfast quality, served in a cold dining room.

Sapa Mountain Hotel is close to the city center but still quiet at night. There are restaurants nearby. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived early in the morning, allowing us to leave our bags at the reception. We are very grateful for their hospitality and would recommend this place to everyone. Cons: N/A.

The location of this hotel is mind-blowing! It's near all the cool places like Sun Plaza and Love Market. You can even walk to Cat Cat village! Plus, there's a halal restaurant just steps away. The room was super spacious and had a jaw-dropping mountain view. The staff were so nice and accommodating, even letting us leave our bags at the front desk. The price was fantastic for what you get, and the owner was really helpful. The view from the hotel on a clear day is absolutely stunning. The toilet was big and the water heater worked perfectly. It's also in a peaceful area, away from all the noise and crowds. And the staff were so friendly and even spoke English. this hotel is a total winner!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel with breathtaking mountain views from our room. the modern new room had a nice bathroom with a proper shower and hot water. the family room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. the staff, especially Lilly, was incredibly helpful and friendly, even organizing early take-away breakfast for us. As low-budget travelers, we appreciated the value for money and the convenience of the hotel's location, close to shops and places to eat.
It felt like family at the hotel, and we really didn't have any reason to complain.
